The Klassnik Corporation are RIBA Chartered Islington Architects based at 165 Caledonian Road, Islington, N1. We have worked as architects for a number of local North London domestic residential clients. These have included interior refurbishments with contemporary kitchens within Grade II listed terraced housing such as that at Milner Place. Construction of dormer loft attic conversions at within period properties at Petherton Road, Canonbury.

Further south in the borough we have worked on a number of luxury residential refurbishments near to Clerkenwell Green, one of which featured on ITV’s Love Your Home and Garden, later in 2018. In addition to residential work within the borough we have undertaken domestic extension and refurbishments in Muswell Hill, Waltham Forest, Lewisham and Greenwich.

Alongside our residential work we have experience in preparing designs and planning applications for commercial change of use applications and have worked alongside Islington council delivering cultural projects for the public realm, notably a range of sculptural cast iron cycle infrastructure for Caledonian Road.
